2009-2010 Influenza Vaccine

Lifeboat Medical Associates is planning to have flu vaccination in our office again this year. We recommend that all children greater than six months of age receive the vaccine yearly. There are two types of vaccines: the injectable vaccine which can be given to all children six months and older, and the intranasal vaccine for those without chronic illness and 2 years of age to 49. We are begining to schedule appointments now. We usually expect to receive vaccine in October; however, please check our website as well as notices posted in the offices before calling to schedule an appointment.
