We have Flu vaccines available for all ages, including for children covered under state insurance. We still have Flumist available for parents and children over 2 with no history of asthma.

You may download and print any of our forms listed below before coming to our office. This will get you out of the waiting room and in to see the doctor a lot quicker! You may either bring them with you to the first visit, or if you wish, fax them to us before your appointment.

PHONE HOURS

Our phones are open throughout the regular office hours, after which they are forwarded to the answering service.

If you have a routine question, the doctor will try to return your call at the end of the morning or afternoon session. Our nurses have been trained to handle many of the common problems that may arise and they would be most willing to help you whenever possible.

It is our intention to return all phone calls within 3 hour; however, in certain situations it may take us a bit longer to get back to you. In the case of an urgent or emergency situation, simply indicate to the receptionist that you need an immediate contact and a nurse or provider will be made available to you.

Please remember we have a same day policy for sick children and would rather see your child or yourself for a proper medical evaluation when necessary.
