In order to handle the volume of calls we receive each day, we have to use some sort of screening process. We do understand your frustration at “having to explain my problem to two or three people”’ but we want to provide you with the best solution possible.

To expedite your call, we ask you to indicate to the receptionist at the beginning of your call if your needs are: 1) Well child appointment scheduling; 2) problem or question for the nurse or doctor; or 3) same day appointment for a medical problem. In this way we can respond to you quickly and efficiently and avoid any added frustration or stress for you.

Please use our nurse's phone for help with prescription refills or simple concerns only. Our mission is to provide the best level of medical care which often can't be diagnosed over the phone.
