Prescription Refills
Prescriptions should be called in during regular office hours. Please allow 48 hours notice for all refills when possible.
By law narcotic prescriptions can not and will not be filled via telephone. These require a physicians signature and a prescription script. WE DO NOT REFILL PRESCRIPTIONS ON EVENINGS, WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. When leaving a prescription refill message, please provide clearly your Name, Date of Birth, Pharmacy Number, Medication Name and Dosage. |
